Refund policy

Returns

We have a 5 day return policy, which means you have 5 business days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@playitcoolshop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide further instructions on how to proceed. You can always contact us for any additional return inquiries.  

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and help you. 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, it must be in its original condition and meet the same requirements as returns. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exchanges are subject to product availability, if the desired item is not available, you can receive store credit or a refund. Store credit is valid for one month.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns, exchange or refunds. 

Any product that shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund or exchange was approved or not. Approved refunds might be processed in different timeframes depending on the original method of payment, and might take up to 5 business days.
